

Community is key, it is the most effective way of holding one another accountable. The overall tool needed for success for me and for my clients is community. What have you found to be the most effective tools in ensuring overall success for yourself and your clients? It is hard to achieve all I want to do within this facility and my own goals, there is not enough time in the day, but I won’t stop trying. The biggest reward is seeing the look on peoples faces light up with excitement when they achieve the goals they never thought possibleĪ big challenge continues to be time management. When I got out of school, I decided to take a bigger role in health and fitness and wanted to be a part of a community of health and wellness. When I was in college, my degree took me into a different field but I always had the interest in training.

When did you start considering training as your career path and how? This seemed to be a natural transition to begin working with others to help them achieve their goals. I played sports my entire life and have always been involved in team activities. What was it that first drew you to athletics and training?
